How to Capture and Share game clips

How to Collect DxDiag and WER files for PC crashes
Create and attach a Dxdiag file to your PC crash tickets.
- Press Windows + R
- Type in dxdiag and press Enter
- Press Save All Information... save the .txt file and attach it to you ticket
Create and attach a WER file to your PC crash tickets.
- Turn on optional diagnostic data
- Search for "Diagnostics & feedback settings" in the Start menu
- Enable Optional diagnostic data. The UI for this screen has changed, it might look like either of these.
- Run Forza and crash
- Collect the WER file
- Verify Show Hidden files is active
- Open File Explorer from the taskbar.
- Select View > Show > Hidden items.
- Navigate to the WER folders
- There are two folders where WER Reports get stored:
- A queue folder, where in-progress reports are stored: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportQueue
- An archive folder, where finished reports are stored: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\WER\ReportArchive
- Wait for the queue folder to be empty, then look in the archive folder. Open the folder corresponding to your recent crash and get the Report.wer file.
- Attach the WER files to your ticket
