Groove music is no longer supported but you can still create your own playlist on your OneDrive.
Background Music on Xbox
The Xbox console apps Spotify, Pandora, Simple Music App, and VLC can be used to play your music in the background while you play the game. Background music does not override in-game music stations. See Getting Started With Background Music on Xbox One.
