Can I get a PC-only version of the game?
You don't need to own a console in order to buy Play Anywhere games for PC, which are available from the Xbox App for Windows, Windows Store (Microsoft.com), and as codes from retailers. See this video tutorial about installing Play Anywhere games. Once purchased and installed to PC, the game will be listed under Settings > Apps & Features.
The Demo doesn't save progress or allow me to enter the Festival site (or other features).
The demo restarts from the beginning each time you play it so you can choose different starter cars. Progress does not carry over from the demo to full game.
Some of my menu items are greyed out; I can't access the Car Meet or Blizzard Mountain.
Unlocking the full menu requires career gameplay progress. Blizzard Mountain becomes accessible when you select your third Festival Site. (Reach 200,000 fans)
