Players may encounter an in-game message indicating that "Your Gamertag is temporarily banned from this feature" in multiplayer, Auction House, etc. The in-game Message Center will show the length of the ban and direct the user to aka.ms/ForzaBanInfo. The purpose of the message is to remind players of the Code of Conduct and Terms of Use for both Forza and Xbox Live.

Please read the Forza Code of Conduct for more detail on what behavior is allowed in our games.
Forza has a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech, credible violent threats, child sexual exploitive abusive imagery, terrorism or violent extremism content, sexual/nude imagery, and more. Anything of this nature will result in a permanent suspension. Please note that further behavior of this type in other Forza titles or Social Channels will result in more stringent enforcement action, up to and including additional permanent suspension of accounts and associated PCs and consoles.
Some other common ban reasons include cheating/unaproved modding, intentional ramming in multiplayer lobbies and inappropriate designs (profanity, drugs, sexual themes including 'Free Candy' etc.). These offenses will result in temporary suspensions, with repeat offenses resulting in a permanent suspension.
When submitting a ticket or replying to a request for additional information, do not abuse or threaten Microsoft employees or post profane, bigoted, or otherwise provocative content.
Disregard for these rules may result in the closure of your Case Review. Especially egregious violations may result in additional Xbox Live enforcement action.
