Here are some troubleshooting tips to help with any multiplayer connection issues.
Check Windows Network Status
- Follow the instructions from this article to check network status.

Teredo is Unable to Qualify message

Network error Error 0x89235108
- Clear all Xbox Live Credential
- Click the Start button in the lower left corner of Windows, type Credential Manager, and press Enter.
- In Credential Manager, click on the "Windows Credentials" button.
- Scroll down to Generic Credentials
- Find entries that start with "Xbl"
- example "Xbl|Devicekey"
- Select the expand button on the right of the entry
- Select to "remove" the entries
- Remove all entries that start with "Xbl"
- Please note you may need to sign back into other applications due to this.
Windows PC troubleshooting

Ethernet
- Disable your Ethernet device.
- Restart your PC
- Re-enable your Ethernet device.

Restart your router (Power Cycle)
- Unplug your router and modem
- Wait about a minute
- Plug your modem back in
- Plug your router back in

Delete the Xbox Identity Provider cache:
- Type %localappdata% in your Windows search bar.
- Open the Packages folder.
- Search the Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider... folder.
- Click on the AC Folder.
- Open the TokenBroker folder.If you see the folders Accounts and Cache, please delete them.

Clear all Xbox Live Credentials:

Take the default gateway obtain through PowerShell and search for this on your browser.

To access the router, we can search for the user and password by visiting portforward.com > routers > select router brand and model.

Navigate to the UPnP menu on your router.

Ensure UPnP is enabled.

Disable UPnP.

Save your changes.

Restart your Xbox One, router, and modem.
